Growing up as a pastor’s son, I learned early that carrying a name meant carrying expectations I didn’t choose. It wasn’t until I stepped into leadership roles myself that I realized the power of leading on my own terms—honoring the past while writing a new story. This revelation transformed my perspective, and it became my mission to help others do the same.
