Dr. Jason Bulgin, Sr is a native of Toronto, Canada, and the second child and only son born to Pastor Joseph and Patricia Bulgin. He is an influential mentor and trendsetter for his generation. Dr. Bulgin is a servant leader, innovative strategist, prolific teacher, and dynamic speaker.

 

With a wealth of ministry experience spanning a lifetime, Dr. Bulgin has leveraged his platform to teach God’s word, train ministry leaders, and develop strategies for advancing ministry. His academic journey is equally impressive, with degrees in Education, Evangelism, Church Planting, and Organizational leadership. He is also a published author and a sought-after church ministry and leadership consultant. 

 

Currently, Dr. Bulgin serves with unwavering dedication as the Senior Pastor of the Capitol City Seventh-day Adventist Church.

 

On April 2, 2015, he was united in love with the most beautiful, Lady Jessica Ellis Bulgin. A dynamic duo, they have been working side by side in ministry since the day they met. Together, they have four children: daughters Jordyn and Janae and two-spirited sons Joseph and Jason Jr.
